Ashley Paul and Luv Foundation (UK) have joined forces with BootlegBoys to release their newest track, ‘Dance (U Gotta)’. Riding high on the success of ‘Hearts Up’, which is still enjoying significant airplay and support from EARMILK, EDMHouseNetwork, and We Rave You, the duo shows no signs of slowing down. The remixes by Robbie Rivera and Lizzie Curious have also been featured by StoneBridge on Sirius XM BPM and DJ S.K.T on Kiss FM.

The new single ‘Dance (U Gotta)’ is a modern rework of BootlegBoys’ 1994 track ‘Euro Friendly’, released under the Labello Dance label. Mark from Luv Foundation (UK) recalls, “I remember going to TRADE back in 1995, I was only 16 years old and heard this track played by the legendary late Tony De Vit in his set, I remember going into the record exchange shop in Soho, London and grabbing a compilation album called FLYING HIGH where the track was featured, it has been a huge part of my life and DJ sets and I regularly use the Original for GYM sets and cardio sets to this day”.

Inspired to breathe new life into this underground classic, Mark reached out to Keith Mac for permission to rework the track. With approval to add new vocals, Ashley Paul teamed up with Lucas Marx to introduce a new verse and rework the original hook. The result is a refreshed version that stays true to its roots while offering a contemporary twist. The concept for the artwork, social media, and lyric video was developed by Mark from Luv Foundation (UK). Aiming for a nostalgic feel, he envisioned stickmen dancers, an idea that Sean Keepin brought to life, perfectly complementing the track’s retro charm with a modern flair.
